Job Summary
A well-known Mining company, situated in Limpopo, is seeking the expertise of a Learning Programs Supervisor to join their team.
Responsible for managing all the students reporting within the section. Ensure there is alignment to the organizations drive on effective performance management and accountability to ensure students progresses as defined by the framework and their program milestones.
Essential
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma/B Degree in Engineering OR Human Resource Development OR Human Resources.
- 5 years of experience in a Mining Environment.
- At least 2 years as a supervisor or in an acting capacity.
Advantageous:
- Coaching and Mentoring Certificate
- DMRE Certificate of Competency (Mines and Works or Mine Managers Certificate).
- Supervisory Legal Training.
