Job Summary
PMB based. This role would entail providing support to the Wealth Advisor who specialises in the private client market. Previous industry experience is essential – specifically experience dealing with investment houses / platforms. Duties would include: Provide administrative services to the Unit in support of new business, client servicing, portfolio requests and business retention. Assist Wealth Advisor in managing their workflow and follow-ups. Manage data collection. Collaborate with Unit team members to ensure proactive and seamless client service.
