Job Summary
Hire Resolves client in the mining industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Business Area Leader: Process Plant in Limpopo.
Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain a working environment that is safe and without risk to health of the employees in compliance to regulations
- Manage the production process safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively to meet planned targets on a continuous basis
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive and be accountable for continuous improvement and asset optimization initiatives
- Manage employees in a team i.e. career development, competence improvement, and performance management
- Plan and implement identified asset optimization and technical initiative projects
- Provide visible felt leadership in safety, sustainable development, and Modikwa values
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy Degree
- At least 6 years of post-graduate experience at a mid-management level
