Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Citrus Production Implement the set Irrigation and Fertiliser programs. Integrate Pest Management (IPM) Responsible for monitoring pests with the assistance of scouts and implementing the prescribed protection programs such as spraying, baiting, and biological controls Orchard maintenance The control of weeds, pruning, and repair of netting. Harvesting Manage the harvest teams, coordinate resources (bins, etc), and manage the hostel housing seasonal workers. Day-to-day management of the work teams to perform various tasks. General Maintenance and Development: Required to support all maintenance and new development activities undertaken by the group. This function is required for all production areas. Qualifications and Experience: A degree, diploma, or certificate in Agricultural or Business Sciences would be preferred, but lack thereof is not disqualifying. Ability to work well with the general workforce. The package on offer: 1. Company Vehicle to drive with when farming 2. Accommodation including water and electricity 3. Wifi for use when needed 4. Basic Salary CTC
