Job Summary
Requirements:
Pastel Experience. Excellent administrative skills. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Data capturing. Maintain clocking system daily. Update staff contracts and warnings monthly. Absenteeism report monthly. The day-to-day processing in pastel. Processing customer invoices, supplier invoices and supplier recons. Emails general. Control purchase order system for stock purchases. Filing weekly filing of suppliers. Please note should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying you may assume that your application was unsuccessful.
