Job Description: Define & set up manufacturing processes Create & maintains BOMs, BOPs and routings Set-up and maintain master schedule Manage CAPEX & tooling budget Prepare production trials, IPT, MPT and EMPT Apply virtual process development Evaluate product designs for manufacturing feasibility Drive process FMEA and resulting measures accordingly Plan and manage launch costs Review customer requirements, drive RFQ/SOR Lead problem solving initiatives in managing customer complaints Job
Requirements:
ND Engineering Minimum of 5 years experience within automotive industry or similar Trade certificate an added advantage Superior problem-solving abilities Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills Advanced computer literacy in MS Office and SAP Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle all levels within the organisation Experience in APQP, SPC, 8D and FMEA
