Job Summary
Position: Shift Miller Location: Cape Town, Eastern Cape Primary Role Summary: Obtaining good output, extraction and product quality by adjustments and control of the milling plant. The target is to obtain optimum milling performance. Minimum Qualification : GMF Module 4 – Trade Test Wheat grading and fumigation will be an added advantage. HACCP will be an added advantage. 5 Years experience post Trade Tested 5 Years Wheat Milling in a 16 TPT mill. Experience – PLC operated plant. Have worked at least in a 20 ton per hour Mill Skills and Attributes: Good Communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Be self-motivated. Ability to function in a team. Accuracy / Attention to detail Innovation/ continuous improvement Accountability Sense of urgency Respect Roles and
