Formal Tertiary education: Minimum Grade 12 Qualification in administration or similar Tertiary qualification in the Engineering Field (advantageous) Languages: English Read, write and speak (required) Afrikaans Read, write and speak (optional) German (Speak advantageous) Drivers Licence: Code 8- (required) Experience: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (Expert Level) Strong technical background (advantageous) PA Experience (advantageous) Must be able to work under pressure Min. 2 Years Experience in the Engineering/Automation field Job Objectives: Providing and in-depth technical admin service to the Commissioning & Installations Department Keeping a good relationship between Jendamark Automation and Suppliers Manage relevant project documentation for the Commissioning & Installations department Assisting the Commissioning Supervisor with administration responsibilities Main Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Handling of timesheets, overtime and leave forms Pre-Approved overtime sign off Keeping stock of inventory and supplies ordered Following up on project Lop status on JMS Following up on project statuses on JMS System Administration of the Commissioning & Installations Project documentation Compilation and preparation of sign-off meeting documentation Assisting the Commissioning & Installations Manager with administration responsibilities Good house keeping Preference will be given to employees from the designated groups in line with the provisions of the Employment Equity Act, No. 55 of 1998 Jendamark Automation reserves the right not to make an appointment.
