Minimum 3 yearsâ?? experience in a similar sales role. Ideally from an air conditioning or related background but not essential Must have own transport Must have a proven track record in internal sales and technical ability Good telephone presence. Bilingual; preferably English and Afrikaans. Good computer skills including typing, Outlook/Gmail, Excel, Word, Google etc. Technical understanding. Quick leaner. Attention to detail essential. Can work unsupervised. Basic accounts experience would be a bonus but not essential to the position. Team player. Filing and other admin work would be done. Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be expected to service the needs of the company`s existing clients, respond to new sales inquiries and to support the activities of the external sales team. Answering email and telephone inquiries. Respond to Live Chat on our web site. Support of the national sales manager and sales agents. Update customers on orders and delivery of those orders. Assistance of documentation of orders being dispatched (invoicing, packing lists and waybills). Update and control of eCommerce platforms including our own web site, Takealot and other retailers.
