Requirements:
Relevant Quality Assurance qualification Minimum 3 Years experience in Quality Assurance and/or Manufacturing environment. Knowledge of manufacturing inspection, technical background code/specifications. Technical/Engineering documentation experience and electronic Document Management Systems (DMS)
Duties:
Assist with compiling parts/ equipment traceability documentation, compiling COCs/SOFs, compiling PIB check sheets Assist with compiling and control of router packets Assist with compiling Project Specific Master Parts Lists / BOMs. Assist with tracking of QAP documentation signoff by customer / Certifying Authorities. Responsible to create basic structure of documentation needed for Databook compilation/ Maintain and control hardcopy and/or electronic records of the Project documentation, including documentation issue, data capture, filing, scanning & retrieval onto/from DMS. Documentation (Internal and Vendor) tracking to ensure completeness of project documentation requirements to meet project delivery dates Manage all documentation related to Certifying Authorities to ensure that all project documentation requirements and deadlines are met. Databook Compilation within a DMS. Databook issue and distribution as required. D&I Summary report – Compilation, edit & review from documents found in DMS, ensuring consistent output. Maintain logs of documents issued and received
