Job Summary

Our client in the Pretoria East area is recruiting for a disciplined, self-motivated and confident individual with a thorough knowledge of B-BBEE. The successful candidate will take responsibility for evaluating information gathered from multiple sources and reconciling the information to produce a BEE score and / or verification file for clients.

Minimum

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification (BCom Industrial Psychology, BSc Information Technology)
5 years BEE experience
In-depth technical knowledge and application of the B-BBEE Codes and Sector Codes
Valid driver`s license and own reliable vehicle
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel

Skills required:

Critical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and outgoing
Able to work under pressure
Strong business writing skills
Capable of building strong client relationships
High level of project management skills

Duties will include:

Assessing data
Verify evidence
On-site reviews & meetings
Manage and update the BEE interns / learners
Identification of risks and opportunities
Handling client complaints / queries
Calculate preliminary scores
Report writing and communication
Manage Companys BBBEE verification process
Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients to achieve set goals
Documenting and analysing the required information and data to produce reports
Successful engagement with multiple clients simultaneously
Manage project processes to reach project targets and meet and supersede client expectations
Network with clients to build relationships and sustain them
Prepare and deliver business presentations
Daily update of statistics and project progress

Remuneration:

Maximum R60 000 per month depending on qualifications, skills and experience
