Job Summary
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor with fine dining experience to join our team.Job Description:The restaurant supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guest. Your duties will include:Supervising and coordinating the front of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses and bartenders.Ensuring that all guest receive high-quality service and resolving any customer complaints in a professional manner.Assisting in the staff training and development to maintain high standards of service.Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for suppliers as needed.Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Knowledge of food and beverage operations.Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
