Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of individual equities with a primary focus on corporate governance. Evaluate the effectiveness and transparency of board practices, shareholder rights, executive compensation, and overall corporate conduct. Collaborate with other analysts and portfolio managers to integrate governance insights into investment strategies. Monitor ongoing governance developments and trends to ensure our investment decisions are informed by the latest standards and practices. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in equity analysis, with a specific focus on corporate governance. Previous experience in a Wealth Manager, Asset Manager, or Broker environment. Demonstrated expertise in both buy-side and/or sell-side analysis. Strong investigative skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A deep understanding of corporate governance principles and their impact on investment value.
