How you`ll role
As a financial data administrator, your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with the Financial Analyst to analyse and organise market data, offering clear and logical explanations for data trends. Your role will include the meticulous review of financial contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will efficiently manage and organise data within digital platforms, playing a crucial role in maintaining data integrity. This position requires a keen attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to the overall efficiency of the financial operations.
What you`ll do
- Analyse, reorganise, and identify inconsistencies or anomalies in financial data using Excel
- Diligently review contracts for completeness, including verifying signatures
- Enter and organise invoices and agreements in Excel
- Apply logic and creativity in supporting the team across various business areas
What you`ll need
- Exceptional Excel skills for data manipulation and data organisation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Proactive in resolving internal challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail and quality
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Competent in supporting the team in diverse business functions with robust administrative and information management skills
