Responsibilities:
Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations Preparing and maintaining critical financial reports Be accurate when dealing with Forex and ensure on-time payment Ensure accuracy with customer accounts and, in addition, raise concerns about customers defaulting on payments. Problem solver in Forex and Customer accounts Ensure compliance with all reserve bank rules and regulations. Ensure compliance with Credit Control Act Work History Forex Manage and control the Foreign exchange operations for the group of companies based on open purchase orders and purchase schedules Managed Foreign Exchange operations with Financial Institutions, ensuring compliance and minimising risk Understand exchange rates and exchange rate differences Be able to perform Foreign exchange Creditors Recons Be able to perform foreign exchange Bank Recons and various balance sheet recons Work History Group Credit Control Be able to Prepare Credit Control file for each customer Assessing the Risk of a customer based on Information received from various institutions Review weekly Debtors Reports Providing Ad-hoc assistance on Customer accounts across the group Handling all legal debtors Review and Submitting Staff accounts to Payroll Invoicing of Adhock charges Assisting in the allocation of customer payments Balancing all Intercompany Debtors and Creditor Accounts Work History General Finance Be able to execute Balance Sheet Recons Review Creditors Recons and Payments Restate balance sheet items on a monthly basis Supply various operational Reports and Support
