Operations Manager required for a law firm in Menlo park area.â??5 year contract subject to a 3 month trial period The successful incumbent will be able to do the following: 1. IT and related management and support 30% (manage and support our staff and directors with all IT related matters) 2. Procurement and management of service providers 20% (Review all existing contracts that are in place and obtain comparative pricing) 3. Personal Injury supplier systems management 20% 4. Building, security, vehicles and related management 20% (Ensure that the building is properly maintained, acting as Key liaison with landlord on any building related issues. Facilities manager) 5. Compliance management including OHS, Popia, BEE, EE, Insurance, Electronic Storage etc 10% (Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures)
