My client is seeking a dynamic and driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join their sales team. Responsibilities:

Promote and Sell: Actively promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and enhance market presence. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Product Education: Provide comprehensive information and education about our products, including benefits, side effects, and proper usage. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to strategically position our products in the market. Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff to highlight product benefits and usage. Market Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Motivation: Highly motivated with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Mobility: Valid driver`s license and willingness to travel as needed.
