Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Selling of property
- Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy and measurement of effectivity of strategy
- Analysis of marketing statistics in order to adjust and improve strategy
- Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials
- Market research
Qualifications
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification (Preferably a Degree)
Skills
- Practical and proven sales & marketing experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Excellent people skills and good interpersonal relations
- Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems
- Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it
- Above average ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Salary / Package
R20,000 – R30,000 CTC
