Job Summary
THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE We are looking for a Senior Administrator for a well-established motor dealership. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth efficient running of the administration functions which include debtors, creditors, stock, invoicing, queries and other ad-hoc duties. This position is for a good all-rounder who is willing to jump in and assist where needed. You will need to have at least 5 years of Administration/Accounts experience within a motor dealership with working knowledge of a Dealer Management System (Kerridge, Drive, Keyloop etc.) Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Must have at least 5 years of RECENT Admin/Accounts experience in a motor dealership Must have working knowledge of Automate, Drive, Kerridge, Autoline or similar. A solid accounts background Good knowledge of vehicle invoicing and control A stable work history Reliable and contactable references You will need the following documents to apply.
