Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
- Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff.
- Analyzing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.
- Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
- Evaluating vendors and suppliers` offers and negotiating profitable purchase prices.
- Creating, Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needed.
- Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling.
- Performing regular inventory audits.
- Understand Lead times for orders
Qualifications
- Matric.
- Inventory related Diploma.
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Inventory Controller.
- Syspro 6, 7 or 8 a must.
- Manufacturing industry.
Salary / Package
R150K – R200K
