Responsibilities:

Ensure winder availability by minimizing downtime to maintain production levels and safety standards. Ensure compliance with all winder-related COPs, regulations, and standards. Revise winder COPs with relevant stakeholders. Determine winder specifications with consultants and OEMs, ensuring compliance during and after installation. Ensure sustainability of winders and associated equipment (Upgrades and Improvement). Assist with on-the-job training and external training of winder personnel. Ensure winders are running safely, reliably, and efficiently. Conduct winder and shaft technical audits. Scrutinize level one audit and dynamic test reports, providing assistance as necessary. Be available after hours to assist with breakdowns.
