Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS:BSc/BEng: Electrical Engineering (MEng beneficial).Drivers license; own vehicle; willingness to travel.EPC; IPP; solar power industry experience highly beneficial.Good management skill; ability to multi – task; and strong communication skills.Proficient in AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope, PVSol, ProfiCAD software.Preference will be given to candidates who are professionally registered with ECSADUTIES:Lead multiple company projects.Organise the project team and delegate team members to project tasks.Manage project deliverables, ensure that projects are delivered on time, set up regular meetings with clients and with direct manager and report back on project performance.Develop analytical tools and reports to manage and improve project performance.Maintain and develop internal relationships with all relevant project stakeholders.Design, and project manage solar systems in the commercial and industrial sectors.Develop standard operating procedures and safety standards for solar installation work.Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning and performance monitoring.Monitor completed projects energy outputs to agreements.Experience:Solar Project Engineering: 3 years (Required)
