Job Summary
This position is perfect for someone who lives and breathes visual design, is accountable and flexible with the work they produce, and communicates extremely well: Translate UX research into high-fidelity UI designs. Collaborate on user research and develop UX artifacts. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs. Maintain design consistency and brand alignment. Produce pixel-perfect and brand-consistent UI design prototypes that viscerally move all stakeholders. Interpret and make decisions based on UX artifacts such as personas, user journeys, and maps, sitemaps, user flows, page flows, empathy maps, etc. Fundamentally understands the importance of layout & grid systems, typography, color theory, iconography, imagery, micro-animations, and transitions. Design responsively in a way that facilitates the development team’s rollout. Design, communicate, and hand over UI kits, pattern libraries, and style guides that would then inform design systems. Contribute to ideation and workshop sessions. Present and defend thinking with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate and work effectively in a collaborative environment with the UX and development teams to create top-performing solutions for clients
