REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3-5 years of welding experience with carbon and stainless steel.
- Valid Welder Trade Certificate
- Grade 10
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in harsh conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience working in petrochemical plants.
- Familiarity with Petro-Chemical Plant Specific Permit Procedures.
- Knowledge of Task Risk Assessments (TRA).
- Previous 3-5 experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in a welding environment.
- Valid Medical Fitness certificate or will be able to obtain a medical certificate
- Must have Police Clearance not older than 3 months.
