Job Summary

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE A modern and upmarket vehicle brand dealership is looking for a dynamic, fresh, and highly energetic new leader. They want someone who is innovative and hands-on, with a “can do” attitude. You will be responsible for managing both the new and used car sales floors, growing the team and ensuring that targets are met and exceeded. You will need at least 3 years of Vehicle Sales Management experience, with solid knowledge of new and used cars, have a good business acumen and outstanding leadership abilities and a genuine desire to see your team succeed. They are not looking for just an average manager, but someone who is forward-thinking, passionate about management, and dedicated to their chosen career brand. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Must have at least 3 years of RECENT Vehicle Sales Management experience in a franchised motor dealership (premium brand preferred) Solid knowledge of new and used vehicle sales A good business acumen and understanding of financials. Working knowledge of a DMS Exceptionally well groomed and presented A stable work history Reliable and contactable references You will need the following documents when applying.
