Job Summary

A busy Dental Practice in Montana, Pretoria, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Dental Accountant/Administrator. This key role involves managing various administrative and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Dental Administration and Accounting. It is a requirement to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in dental administration and accounting.

The candidate MUST be comfortable in doing the duties listed below:

Debit and credit control to maintain accurate financial records
Daily accounting tasks, including invoice management and bookkeeping
Regular inventory checks and stock management
Managing accounting up to the final trial balance using software such as Pastel or Sage
Bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
Utilising Dental field knowledge to assist at the reception when necessary

Salary:

Between R16,000 to R18,000, depending on the candidate`s experience and qualifications.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Two Saturdays a month: 08:00 – 13:00
