Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a dynamic DevOps team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
Architect, implement, and maintain scalable and secure Kubernetes clusters.
Manage and optimize Docker environments for various applications.
Develop, implement, and enforce CI/CD best practices to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery pipelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and Docker.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of best practices in software development and system administration.
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
