Job Summary
Role`s Purpose: This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, optimizing processes, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance the bank`s operational capabilities. Experience & Qualification Criteria: Bachelor`s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master`s or certification preferred). 10 years in banking operations, 5 years in senior management. Knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and risk management. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in banking software. Excellent communication skills.
