JUNIOR / ASSISTANT CHEF: NEW SMALL COUNTRY HOTEL (KORINGBERG, SWARTLAND) Overview Our client located in Koringberg, Swartland region, is seeking a Junior / Assistant Chef for their new five-bedroom hotel, opening in June 2024. The 28-seater restaurant and tea room, MG Canteen, will be dedicated in serving fresh, local produce with vegetables, fruit and herbs harvested from the gardens daily. The Key Role of Junior / Assistant Chef will be to take part in the daily kitchen food preparation and cooking activities. The ideal individual is passionate about the industry and cooking. We are looking for a junior / assistant chef with preferably experience in hot and cold section. A formal Culinary Education will be advantageous. Remuneration: R5 500 inclusive of single accommodation and all meals
