Job Summary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
- At least 5 previous year’s macadamia farming experience
- Previous Macadamia farm experience essential
- Computer literate with Excel
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
- Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Maintenance/Mechanically orientated
- Ability to speak Portuguese advantageous
- Valid driver’s license
