Job Summary

An exciting position for a PASTEL Invoice Clerk to assist a busy team with accurate capturing of invoices and stock sheets on Pastel.

Requirements:

Matric Minimum 2 years working experience PASTEL working experience

Duties:

Quoting and Invoicing Invoicing month end Reference check of invoices with statements Capturing of invoices, pod`s purchase orders and sales reports on PASTEL Delivery notes Filing of invoices, POD`s, purchase, sales orders and statements Have invoices authorized Assist suppliers with orders, queries Record keeping of purchases Assist with data capturing where required Assist with front line Reception – if and when needed Typing and capturing of reports, stock sheets and letters Ordering of stationary. Capturing data on PASTEL Receiving delivered goods where needed General ad hoc communication skills Knowledge of Debtors and Creditors advantage – not necessary This position is ideal if you enjoy working in a stable environment where you can add value being an accurate and skilled invoice clerk.
