The purpose of this role : To help the Fruit and Vegetable department develop and carry out a plan to boost sales, revenue, and profit. You`ll also help create and implement ideas to improve the department`s market share and make their products more profitable. Minimum

Responsibilities:

Keeping track of quotes : You`ll be in charge of managing all the quotes (price offers) the Fruit & Vegetable department gives out. This includes making sure they have the supplies (raw materials) needed and following up to see if customers accept the quotes. Monitor stock levels : You`ll keep an eye on how much stock (raw materials) the Fruit & Vegetable department has to make sure they don`t run out. Researching the market : You`ll analyze the market to understand what`s going on and who your competitors are. Finding new customers : You`ll help find new businesses to sell fruits and vegetables to, and also try to sell more to existing customers. Setting prices and making deals: You`ll help determine the prices for fruits and vegetables and negotiate these prices with customers. Managing contracts : You`ll be responsible for making sure contracts with customers are followed and track how well those contracts are performing each month.
