Senior Director of Fintech Sales, SSA Position Overview: As the Senior Director, Fintech Sales SSA, you will spearhead complex, strategic partnership opportunities with organizations of all sizes. Reporting to the Head of Fintech SSA, youll collaborate with the companys Core Product, Digital Solutions, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to execute high-impact partnership agreements. Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the SSA Segment/Regional strategy for Fintech Digital Partnerships and Ventures. Business Development: Identify strategic opportunities, structure business cases, and lead negotiations to close scalable partnership deals. Innovation & Growth: Work with the innovation team to recommend and implement creative approaches to grow clients` businesses. Collaboration: Align cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and ensure effective delivery of payment solutions. Client-Centric Focus: Enhance client satisfaction, maximize profitability, and maintain the organisation`s market leadership in SSA. Qualifications: 15 years of relevant sales and management experience in the mobile, software, hardware, or technology services industry. In-depth understanding of the SSA payment landscape and a proven business development record in the region. Experience in the payments or financial services industry. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex sales efforts and strategic initiatives. Bachelors degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
