Job Summary

Our client is offering an outstanding opportunity for suitably qualified young individuals to be trained and developed into competent Vehicle Sales Executives and Motorcycle Sales Executives in the Cape Winelands, Western Cape . The training will take place over a one-year (12-month) period and will focus on extensive product knowledge, exceptional communication skills, the highest levels of customer service and delivering a premium experience to our customers. As a Sales Apprentice, you`ll have the chance to learn the ins and outs from seasoned professionals of: Sales strategies Techniques Customer relationship management Market trends Competitor analysis, and customer needs Acquire valuable insights that will set you apart in the competitive world of sales The ideal candidate will have: Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships. Self-motivated self-starter, with a desire to learn and grow. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Well-spoken and well presented. Have some sort of face-to-face sales background. Be personable and display a confident manner. Have a passion for cars and/or motorbikes. Find joy in dealing with people. Minimum

Requirements:

Grade 12 Senior Certificate A valid Drivers License and own transport (essential and non-negotiable) A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Sales-related fields, would be preferred, although not essential A minimum of 1-3 years working experience in a sales-related role Currently living in the Winelands or surrounding area for practical and operational reasons
