Job Summary

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue – Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests – Supervise and support front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams – Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively – Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and operational goals – Monitor and maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment – Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations – Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service – Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenses – Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry – Excellent communication and leadership skills – Strong organizational and time-management abilities – Ability to multitask and work under pressure – Proficiency in hospitality management software – Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices – Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications: – Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or similar field – Knowledge of local tourism attractions and services – Experience in revenue management and sales strategies – Multilingual skills are advantageous
