Quotes and Invoicing: Prepare accurate quotes for customers, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing. Process invoices efficiently to facilitate seamless transactions.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Assist customers in diagnosing plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in addressing complex challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stock Control: Maintain stock levels by monitoring, placing orders as needed, and conducting regular stock checks. Your attention to detail will help keep the shelves stocked with the essentials.
Customer-Centric Approach: Put the needs of the customers first. Be patient and empathetic with the clientele. Your friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile will leave a lasting impression.
Handling Queries: Answer telephonic queries and respond to emails promptly and professionally. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that every customer interaction is positive and productive.

Qualifications & Skills

Matric
Experience in the plumbing field or related industry is preferred, but we`re also open to candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
Proficiency in computer skills, including basic Excel and good typing skills, is essential for managing quotes, invoices, and stock records.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Your ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike will set you apart.
