A Radiology practice situated in Vereeniging seeks to hire a Medical Practice Receptionist who is client centric, and value driven with at least 6 years working experience working in a medical practice.Role Requirement:Patient Check-in and Check-out:Greeting patients as they arrive at the practice and registering them. Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and confirming upcoming visits.Telephone and Email Communication:Scheduling appointments over the phone or via email.Patient Intake and Medical Records Management:Collecting patient medical history forms and insurance information.Ensuring completeness and accuracy of patient intake forms.Managing electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining patient confidentiality.Administrative Support:Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing and scanning of documents.Coordinating referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists.Ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory.Insurance Verification and Billing Support:Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility.Assisting patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries.Collaborating with billing staff to ensure accurate coding and billing practices.Patient Relations and Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families.A full job description is available on request
