Job Summary
You need to have a Matric certificate, be SAGMA/GMF trade tested (as a Wheat Miller), and have approximately 5 years of experience in a mill. This role does involve shift work. Food safety and hygiene knowledge is essential. As a Wheat Miller, youll be in charge of managing the wheat milling manufacturing operation. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding production results in terms of quality, customer service, safety, innovation, and cost. You will further be charged with implementing and managing a regular maintenance plan.
