***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED PREMIUM BRAND MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

A distinguished Premium Brand motor dealership is looking for a stable and reliable firecracker of a Certified Service Advisor to join their team. We are looking for a well presented, well articulated and friendly Individual with 2 years of experience in a premium brand dealership. The ideal individual should be certified with a premium brand, have a working knowledge of a Dealer Management System (DMS), have the ability to thrive under pressure, and have a strong inclination towards teamwork and providing the best customer service.

Job Requirements.
Matric Certificate
Completed Certified Service Advisor Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised premium brand motor dealership
Above average customer service skills
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
Have working knowledge of a DMS (Kerridge preferred)
A stable work history
Contactable references
