Job Summary

Responsibilities & Duties
As a valued member of our elite support squad, you will:
– Provide excellent customer experience through technical support.
– Serve as the interface between the customer and various departments.
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
– Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
– Follow escalation procedures as required.
– Collaborate with team leaders to enhance customer experiences.
– Handle miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

We are looking for an English  Support Specialist with:
– 1- 2 years experience in a technical environment or IT background
– Excellent communication skills in English(written and verbal).
– Strong attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
– Proven troubleshooting skills, especially with new or complex issues.
12 month customer service experience 
Open to review IT students wanting to gain working experience in a technical background

Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Passion for technology.
– Familiarity with macOS and iPadOS.
– Retail or hospitality experience.
– Knowledge of Zendesk and POS systems is a plus.
