Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, are currently seeking a Supply Planning Manager to join our client`s team in Bellville. The Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain planning processes for our pharmaceutical products. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless flow of materials and products to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities:


– Develop and implement supply chain processes to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock outs
– Lead a team of supply planners to ensure accurate demand forecasting and production scheduling
– Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
– Develop relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure a reliable source of materials and products
– Manage product life cycles and make recommendations for product discontinuation or introduction
– Participate in strategic planning meetings to align supply chain operations with overall business objectives

Requirements:


– Bachelor`s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
– Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Excel
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
