Job Summary
He/she supervises the business efficiency of the company and its subordinate product/production lines, and in particularHe/she creates the company strategy, sets goals, sets tasks, supervises their implementation.He/she prepares and presents the budget of the company/companies for approval, supervises the proceedings in compliance with the budget and builds the awareness of management by (budget) objectives goals among Employees.He/she supervises the development of sales, selection of appropriate distribution channels, adaptation of the business model to local conditions. He/she submits periodic business reports to the Board of Directors/Shareholders and ensures timely tax, legal and management reporting.He/she makes key business and organizational decisions within central functions, develops procedures and supervises their compliance with decisions at the N-2 level.He/she determines the directions of the company`s development and is responsible for the long-term growth of the business value in each subsequent year of the strategy implementation.He/she supervises and co-creates the CAPEX capital expenditure budget and justifies the economic need for this expenditure, being responsible for achieving the assumed return on the investment in subsequent periods of time.
