Job Summary
New Product / Market Development Manager is Required by a Manufacturing CompanyTo Lead and Manage and take full accountability for the integrity of Engineering Department.Develop / Design New Products and Upgrade/ Modernise existing Product.Source and Evaluate New Materials / Products.Advise Quality on Standards / Test requirements on products.Design effective and cost-efficient engineering solutions to meet client needsEnsure that the design drawings and program fit within budgetary and time constraintsCoordinating the technical development, succession planning and retention of engineering department.Continuously overseeing the professional development & leadership development of engineering team Developing, optimizing and maintaining engineering systems and tools (e.g. BD, methodologies, models, specifications, procedures, standards, etc.) for respective engineering disciplinesConducting environmental scans to establish trends and to identify new and emerging processes and engineering technologiesBachelors Degree or relevant Electrical Engineering (preferable)Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering Environment.Computer literacy in AutoCAD & InventorKnowledge of design techniques, tools, principles and practical application of engineering science and technologyPlease send detailed CV in Word Format, stipulating last salary and reason for leaving last Montana Recruitment
