Job Summary
SEEKING FLUENT DUTCH AND ENGLISH SPEAKING CALL CENTRE AGENTS
On-site, Foreshore, Cape Town
We are looking for Dutch and English-speaking call centre agents fluent in speaking, reading and writing.
Travel Advisor – you will be required to respond to phone calls, webchat/email queries from international customers in English, making sure their bookings, re-bookings or cancellations run smoothly
Shifted Environment
Qualifications are advantageous
Starting 5 February 2024
Essential:
6 months International Call Centre experience or 12 months in an airline reservations or travel agency environment
Matric
Clear criminal and credit record
High level of English proficiency
Computer literacy
Attention to detail
Availability to work shifts between 7am and 1am
