Job Summary
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Coordinate and implement all systems, processes and procedures relevant to recruitment and selection, induction and orientation, job evaluation and termination of services. Compile and submit monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reports. Assist with the development and implementation of compliant HR-related policies and procedures. Assist with preparation for and during the annual audits Monitor and report on the recruitment budget. Contribute to risk management by alerting the human resources manager to any areas of potential risk that require mitigation. Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge: Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification with either specialization in HR management/industrial psychology or social science Minimum 4 years experience as a business partner or HR generalist in the professional stream within a large organization Computer literate in Microsoft Office 365 at intermediary level Proof required of valid drivers license Ability to manage and mitigate employment related risks Ability to record information accurately Ability to work in a team as well as independently Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of the procurement process Ability to keep abreast of HR-related legislation, regulations, codes and best practice to enable effective compliance If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks after closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
