Job Summary
As the Foreman/Construction Manager you will be required to review the constructions plans and the execution thereof for all active sites, manage sub-contractor claims, overseeing foundation layouts, and ensuring all construction is executed according to the relevant regulations and standards and that it is done in a timely manner, consistent with the project plan and project milestones. Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry in the residential and/or commercial sector Highly professional to liaise with clients Team management skills to manage the execution team as well as subcontractors Experience dealing with sub-contractor claims Qualification: BTech or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
