What are we looking for: We are looking for an organised and detail orientated Learning Programme Coordinator to successfully manage the learning programme. What will you do: Oversee and manage roll-out of the learning programme, including cohort management and enrolments Facilitate classroom sessions, including booking of venues, managing attendance registers and coordination of speakers, workbooks and facilities Report on participant progress and programme outcomes, measuring and presenting on participant attendance, completion of online modules and feedback on the learning experience Provide relevant programme updates to key stakeholders as required, including identifying opportunities for improvement Communicate on an ongoing basis to all participants about various learning activities, sending reminders and responding to participant queries, providing support to them as they progress through the learning programme Liaise with participants to get their feedback and insights into the programme and their progress through regular reflection sessions What you need: Relevant tertiary qualification
