Job Summary
THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE We are looking for a hands-on and high energy Workshop Foreman for a well-known dealership. You will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient production within the workshop while ensuring excellent customer service, first-time fixes and accurate reporting. Our client is looking for a Foreman who not only can wield a spanner but also demonstrates strong leadership and team management abilities. Job Requirements Motor Mechanics Certificate A valid Drivers License Must have at least 3 years of Foreman/Team Leader experience in a franchised motor dealership (Passenger & light commercial vehicles) Must be computer literate. A stable work history Reliable and contactable references You will need the following documents when applying. A FULL CV in Word or PDF format – Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving. Qualification Certificate (Motor Mechanics) A recent photograph of yourself Copy of Drivers License Last 3 month`s payslips and/or Commission sheets Names and contact numbers for at least 2 References Astor Automotive Staff T/A Astor Motor Recruitment
