How you`ll role

As a graphic designer at this award-winning agency, you will develop captivating graphics for diverse marketing materials like social media posts, websites, presentations, and brochures. Collaborating with a talented team, you will ensure my designs align with campaign goals and brand identity. You will tackle diverse design challenges, from static images to animations, making a tangible impact on global audiences and shaping brand perceptions.

What you`ll do

• Be the visual storyteller: Develop stunning and engaging graphics for diverse marketing materials, including social media posts, website elements, presentations, brochures, and more
• Collaborate with a dream team: Work alongside marketers, strategists, and fellow creatives to ensure your designs seamlessly align with campaign goals and brand identity
• Embrace diverse design challenges: Explore your creativity across various formats, from static images to animations, keeping your skills razor-sharp and your designs fresh
• Make a tangible impact: See your visuals come to life and reach a global audience, shaping brand perceptions and influencing marketing success stories

What you`ll need

Design expertise:

• 3+ years of experience in the design industry, preferably within a marketing or agency environment
• German proficiency will be highly beneficial
• Mastery of industry-standard design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (and potentially After Effects for basic animation)
• Solid understanding of design principles: composition, colour theory, typography, layout, and user experience (UX) best practices
• Strong branding and identity development skills: ability to maintain brand consistency across various marketing materials
• Experience in Shopify Design – hugely beneficial
