Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors and dusting surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of events, meetings, or gatherings.
- Support housekeeping by restocking supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs.
- Aid in the transportation of laundry, supplies, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and deliver superb guest experiences.
- Uphold cleanliness standards to meet company and guest expectations.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols in all activities.
- Attend to ad hoc requests from your manager or senior management.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or houseman experience is preferred.
- Reliability and strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the position.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
